Reshuffle: Ken Clarke 'not house-trained' - Peter Lilley

Former minister Peter Lilley claimed Ken Clarke's appointment was "quite risky" as the outgoing justice secretary was "not very well house-trained".

Chris Grayling has replaced Mr Clarke, who is now a minister without portfolio and will act as an economic adviser.

Mr Lilley, a Conservative MP who served in the Thatcher and Major cabinets, gave his reaction to Jo Coburn about David Cameron's reshuffled cabinet.
