Lib Dem conference: Nick Clegg on no tax rate cut
Nick Clegg told his party conference there would be "no question" of a cut in the top 45p tax rate.
He said any future cuts must help people on low and middle incomes and said there would have to be "further belt tightening".
But he told the delegates that the party should be proud of delivering "fairer taxes in tough times"
