Allister Heath and Max Keiser on banker bashing
Max Keiser from the Keiser Report TV show claimed London had "the most regulatory lax environment in the world" when it came banking regulation.
He said there had been "no spontaneous eruption of fraud" and bankers continued to enjoy large bonuses.
Mr Keiser debated control of banks and the markets with City AM editor Allister Heath and Andrew Neil.
