Which? Energy tarrif market 'uncompetitive'

Consumer body Which? has said the government should force energy companies to put their customers on their cheapest tariffs.

Executive director Richard Lloyd told the BBC News Channel that the move would lead to greater competition and benefit the "vast majority of customers".
