Rotherham Council faces fostering legal threat from UKIP

Nigel Farage has suggested taking legal action against Rotherham Council after it removed foster children from a family who are members of his party.

The UKIP leader said the children from an eastern European background were in a "very good environment indeed" with the family and were not told to forget their background or give up their language.

He said the party would consider "other measures" including "the legal route" if it did not get redress from the council, which he said was continually backtracking.
