PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on Ed Balls and bullying
Prime Minister David Cameron has accused shadow chancellor Ed Balls of being a Commons "bully who can dish it out but... can't take it".
The attack came as Mr Balls heckled the PM during question time.
The shadow chancellor complained about being heckled himself by Conservatives when replying to last week's Autumn Statement.
But Labour leader Ed Miliband defended his colleague from Mr Cameron, saying he was surprised the "boy from the Bullingdon Club lectures people on bullying".
Mr Miliband asked the PM if he had "wrecked a restaurant recently" - a reference to the alleged antics of members of the elite Oxford University dining club.
