Hours of Lords: Peers reject Commons' boundary reform
Peers have voted to block the reduction in the number of MPs in the House of Commons by 50, calling for a delay until a boundary review in 2018.
The prime minister wanted the change in time for the 2015 general election, but Liberal Democrats have withdrawn their support for the bid.
