David Cameron's petition on VAT and sandwiches

David Cameron explained why he had handed in a petition to his namesake in Downing Street to see "fairness on the way VAT is applied to take away food".

The Subway franchisee from West Yorkshire spoke about the pasty tax, how VAT is applied to warm and cold food, and calls to exempt more food from tax.
