Britain should remain in EU, says David Cameron

The British Prime Minister David Cameron has said he will campaign with all his heart and soul for Britain to stay in the EU when a referendum is held.

He said a Conservative government would renegotiate Britain's EU membership to create a flexible, adaptable, more open relationship and put it to the vote by the end of 2017 at the latest.
