Justice Minister: 'New bailiff laws are robust'
Justice Minister Helen Grant has defended new laws to tackle aggressive bailiffs which will be introduced next year in England and Wales which she says are "robust enough".
There have been concerns that the proposals do not go far enough to stop aggressive threats from bailiffs.
Under the proposals bailiffs will be banned from entering homes at night or where only children are present, and new safeguards will prevent them from using force against people who owe money.
