NHS and health reforms in England felt by patients

Government changes to the NHS structure in England were passed a year ago, after the original proposals were modified following protests from some MPs and the public.

Medical experts say it is only now - 12 months on - that the changes would really be felt by patients.

Giles Dilnot spoke to Julia Manning of 2020 Health, former Downing Street adviser Dr Dean Worth, and to John Appleby from the King's Fund.
