Birmingham City Council cutting budget for youth services

Britain's largest council is set to approve a budget that will see - depending on your point of view - swingeing multi-million pound cuts or much-needed multi-million pound savings from its spending.

Birmingham City Council serves one million people in the UK's second largest city, and is also said to be Europe's largest local authority.
