Budget 2013: Ed Balls urges 'U-turn' on economy
Labour has called on Chancellor George Osborne to make a swift economic "U-turn" following a Budget in which growth forecasts for 2013 were halved to 0.6%.
A planned fuel duty increase has been cancelled and the government announced it would underwrite some £130bn of cheap mortgages.
Mr Osborne insists his measures confronted the UK's economic problems "head on".
