David Cameron's tribute to Margaret Thatcher in Commons

David Cameron paid tribute to the late Baroness Thatcher as Parliament was recalled following her death on Monday.

The prime minister described his predecessor as an "extraordinary leader, and an extraordinary woman" and he told MPs that "she loved and respected this place".

Mr Cameron opened the special session of the Common, which was set to last several hours, as he recalled her career in office and how Britain's first woman prime minister changed Britain.
