Ed Miliband: 'We need a different way forward for our economy'
Labour leader Ed Miliband has told the BBC that "massive increases" in spending on the NHS "won't be available" under the next Labour government.
Speaking to BBC Political Editor Nick Robinson, Mr Miliband said that people would be asking for "so much more on the heath service" but that would be "very difficult".
He also set out how his economic vision differed from the Coalition's policy and that of past Labour governments.
