PMQs: Clegg asked about Lisbon Treaty EU referendum call

A Conservative MP waved a Liberal Democrat leaflet featuring Nick Clegg saying it was time for a "real referendum on Europe" from around the time of the Lisbon Treaty.

While MPs laughed, Edward Leigh asked the deputy prime minister at PMQs if the man on the poster was an "imposter or just a hypocrite".

Mr Clegg confirmed it was him and that his position had not altered, and if the EU rules changed, then there should be a referendum.

While MPs were still being rowdy, the Speaker then teased an MP that he may lose his chance to ask a question as he was making so much noise.
