Fiona Millar gives Gove 'F for Fail' in exam plans
Journalist and education activist Fiona Millar called for a "real English baccalaureate" as she claimed Michael Gove's plans to change GCSEs were "not really radical reform, just tinkering with a redundant system".
In her authored film for BBC1's This Week, she graded the education secretary with an F for Fail. She has also put forward her own ideas to allow children to "thrive, flourish and compete on the international stage".
