Labour offers 'conditional support' over Syria

Ed Miliband says the Labour Party will consider supporting international military action in Syria under certain conditions.

The Labour leader said the use of chemical weapons was "abhorrent" but any action considered would have to be limited to deterring the use of chemical weapons and have "clear and achievable military goals."
