Health Secretary Hunt says A&E 'should cope this winter'

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt believes accident and emergency units in England should be able to meet their waiting time targets this winter, but admitted long term changes were needed.

Mr Hunt set out a package of measures to tackle the growing pressures in the system in the House of Commons on Tuesday.
