Zero-hours contract for workers explained by economist
The Labour leader has had well-publicised problems with the trade unions but he was more in tune with them over the use of so-called "zero hour contracts".
Andrew Neil explained the background to the employment deals, before he spoke to Mark Beatson, chief economist from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, who spoke about its research into the contracts.
