David Laws urges 'sensible cost' for school uniforms

David Laws is to issue new guidance to control the cost of school uniforms, such as ending single supplier and cashback deals, to allow parents to shop around.
The announcement has been timed to highlight the Lib Dems' work in government as party members meet for their autumn conference in Glasgow.
