Labour conference: Eagle on rail ticket fare changes
Fares are too confusing and there should be a cap on rises with a "new deal for passengers", the shadow transport secretary told the Labour conference.
Maria Eagle has said there was a feeling the system "was always trying to rip you off" with rail companies having different rules and off-peak times.
