'Where is the help to build?', asks Labour's Chris Leslie

Labour has called for the government to tackle a lack of supply in the housing market.

Chris Leslie, shadow treasury minister, asked "where is the help to build in the government's strategy?" after a controversial scheme allowing people in England to take out 95% mortgages was brought forward.
