Cameron announces green energy tax review

David Cameron has announced a review of green energy taxes, saying they have helped push up household bills to "unacceptable" levels.

The prime minister says he wants to "roll back" environmental regulations and charges, and establish a new competition test for suppliers.

But Labour leader Ed Miliband has said Mr Cameron is "changing his policy every day" and what was needed was a price freeze.
