Labour's Ed Miliband warns over 'cost of living crisis'

Labour's Ed Miliband has accused the coalition of not doing enough about low wages and rising prices.

He has also renewed his attack on energy firms, and urged water companies to offer special tariffs for the low-paid.

At the same time, ministers have written to water firms urging them to keep bills at "affordable" levels.
