Heathrow expansion 'not ruled out' - McLoughlin

Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin has said the Government has not "ruled anything out" regarding airport expansion.

Talking on the Andrew Marr Show ahead of the publication of an interim report by the Airports Commission on airport expansion on Tuesday, Mr McLoughlin said the Government would wait until the final report in 18 months before making its decision.
