PMQs: Benefit Street 'in every constituency' says MP

There is a road like TV's Benefit Street "in every constituency in the land", said Conservative backbencher Simon Hart at PMQs.

David Cameron said he had seen small parts of the Channel Four programme from Birmingham, and added the government should "intervene in people's lives" to help them in to work, and off welfare.
