Ed Miliband: 'Need to shine light on broken markets'

Ed Miliband has said a future Labour government would bring in new powers to protect consumers.

Speaking to The Andrew Marr Show, Mr Miliband said bodies such as Which? and Citizens' Advice would help draw up an annual competition audit, which ministers would have a statutory obligation to respond to.
