Ed Miliband: Government has 'damaging obsession' with EU

Labour leader Ed Miliband has criticised the government's "damaging obsession" with the European Union.

In a speech at the London Business School, he said a future Labour government would not call an in/out referendum on the UK's membership of the EU unless it was being asked to transfer more powers to Brussels.
