Ukraine ambassador Volodymyr Khandogiy on Crimea future
Ukraine "will never accept segregation" of Crimea, despite the upcoming referendum on it joining the Russian Federation, its ambassador to the UK has said.
Volodymyr Khandogiy spoke about the economic, political, diplomatic and military options over Russian actions in the last few weeks.
BBC Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn asked the diplomat if he accepted that Crimea was on the way to becoming part of Russia.
The interim prime minister of Ukraine has travelled to Washington to discuss the ongoing stand-off with Russia, but Moscow has shown no signs of backing down despite pressure from Western nations.
