PMQs: Balls briefing against Miliband says Cameron

The prime minister has accused the shadow chancellor of briefing against Ed Miliband.

Responding to a question at Prime Minister's Questions, David Cameron teased that while Ed Balls was "gesticulating in favour of his leader", he would later speak against his leader.
