Caroline Flint on Labour general election strategy

Labour was not limiting itself to a "35% strategy" for the next general election, said the shadow energy secretary.

Caroline Flint said Labour was "in it to win it" and was working for an outright majority, as she spoke about polling for the party and its leader.

And when asked about alleged splits in the party, she said there had been "a discussion, it was not a disagreement" as Labour drew up election plans,
