Free school meals scheme 'will be delivered' - Clegg
Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg has insisted schools will be ready to provide free lunches for all their infant pupils by the time the scheme starts this September.
An official risk assessment seen by the BBC shows the policy has been given a "red" rating, suggesting there's a danger it could fail.
Mr Clegg told the BBC that he believed free school meals would be a "crowning achievement" of the coalition.
