Council elections: Voters on local and national issues
Voters in parts of England and Northern Ireland are taking part in local elections on Thursday, as well as the European elections.
But some may be swayed by national issues, aided by candidates who raise issues more connected to Whitehall than their town hall.

More mood box films from 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010.
