Scottish independence: Green leader on constitution bid

The draft Scottish constitution published on Monday has a "strong thread of social justice" said the Green Party, which backs independence.

Leader Patrick Harvie said it included "powerful issues" to motivate people to vote yes in the 18 September referendum, including human rights and equality, environmental protection and nuclear disarmament.

Later on Monday, the Scottish Tories, Labour and Liberal Democrats are releasing their plans for further devolution in the event of a No vote.
