Miliband: 'Sign on for training, not benefits'
Labour are pledging to cut some benefits if they win next year's General Election.
Leader Ed Miliband said Jobseeker's Allowance would be removed for some 18 to 21 year olds if they already have the skills to get a job.
It would be replaced with a new "youth allowance" that is dependent on their parents' income.
Mr Miliband said: "A Labour government will get young people to sign up for training, not sign on for benefits".
