Farage: Cameron EU defeat 'like England team'

UKIP leader Nigel Farage has hit out at David Cameron after his defeat in an EU vote over a new European Commission president.

Mr Farage said Cameron was "totally and utterly humiliated" and comes home looking like a "loser".
