David Cameron: Juncker 'a step backwards' for EU

David Cameron has said he is making progress on EU reform after he failed to stop Jean-Claude Juncker's appointment as the next president of the European Commission.

Labour leader Ed Miliband said it had been an "utter humiliation" for the prime minister as he faced questions from MPs.
