Home Office handling of MP's abuse claim to be reviewed

The Home Office is to appoint a senior legal figure to carry out a second review into its own handling of child sex abuse allegations in Westminster in the 1980s.

The move comes amid fresh questions over what happened to the dossier containing the allegations, which was handed to the then-Home Secretary, Leon Brittan.
