Positive discrimination and more women in business

Many are predicting the prime minister is going to promote more women in his cabinet reshuffle.

The move can be seen as part of a move across British public life to do more to make institutions more representative, with more women and ethnic minorities.

In a Sunday Politics film, Adam Fleming went underground to see how the construction industry has tried to recruit more women. He also heard about diversity in Parliament, the BBC and Hollywood films, as well as an EU bid to get more women into boardrooms.
