Nick Clegg on Tory 'head bangers', human rights and cabinet reshuffle

Nick Clegg has launched an attack on Conservative plans to limit the power of the European Court of Human Rights.

Speaking on his weekly LBC radio phone-in, the deputy prime minister said the reshuffle would allow Tory "head bangers" to turn the Conservative party away from international human right conventions.
