Fiona Woolf on City of London and banks' reputation

The banking scandals in recent years are "not helpful for me in my role", said the Lord Mayor of London.

Fiona Woolf, whose role includes promoting the City, said the banking world was "very sensitive" and there were initiatives to bring in ethical training and improve standards.

She said: "They are wanting to make the world a better place", as she spoke to Jo Coburn after they watched a Daily Politics film on the Corporation of London.
