Why more political parties are being set up

Some of those unhappy with the main political parties complain to friends or spoil their ballot on election day.

But some take matters into their own hands and start their own political parties.

In a Daily Politics film, Eleanor Garnier heard how more parties were being registered, with 251 so far in the Parliament and past figures suggest that will rise sharply as election day approaches.
