Immigrants' role in traffic congestion: Charlene Rohr
Migrants tend to use cars less than British-born people, said the co-author of a report for Migration Advisory Committee.
Charlene Rohr said this was partially explained as they tend to be younger, live in cities. and make fewer trips.
She spoke to Jo Coburn on the Daily Politics after UKIP leader Nigel Farage blamed immigration for adding to congestion on the M4, which delayed him on a trip from London to Port Talbot at the weekend.
