Sydney style attack 'could happen at any moment in Britain'

David Cameron has warned a Sydney-style siege could happen in Britain "at any moment".

The prime minister was answering questions from senior MPs at the Liaison Committee.

He said attacks such as the murder of Fusilier Lee Rigby in London last year could not always be prevented by the security services.
