Labour: NHS will be 'unrecognisable' if Tories win election

Labour is claiming that the NHS in England would become "unrecognisable" if the Conservatives are in government after the general election.

In a new policy document, the party says waiting times have been breached and that there is a "staffing crisis" in the NHS.

Meanwhile, the Conservative Party says that Labour's spending plans would cost more than £13 billion in debt interest payments.
