PMQs: Cameron and Perkins on ambulance death claims
A Labour MP clamed ambulance trusts were "downgrading the calls of some of the sickest people in the country" with 57 people dying after waiting for an ambulance that never arrived.
And Toby Perkins asked the prime minister if he was ashamed of the Conservative record on the NHS.
Mr Cameron said the change was made without the knowledge of the trust's board and an investigation found there was "no harm to patients".
And he repeated calls for Ed Miliband to apologise for allegedly saying he wanted to "weaponise" the NHS, a charge he had refused to address seven times.
