Labour mark election campaign with NHS health pledge

It is 100 days before the general election and parties have begun to step up their campaigns.

Labour marked the landmark by concentrating on the NHS.

Ed Miliband announced Labour would recruit 5,000 more healthcare workers to help patients stay in their homes as well as introduce new safety checks to identify people at risk of hospitalisation if the party gains power.
