PM 'not ruling out' changes on MPs' second jobs

The PM says he is not ruling out further changes on second jobs but says the existing rules should be properly applied.

Speaking at Prime Minister's Questions, Mr Cameron said the government has tightened up the rules on lobbying and introduced a right of recall.

But Labour leader Ed Miliband hit back, bringing up comments he says Mr Cameron made in opposition in 2009, threatening to end the practice of "double-jobbing".
