Bethnal Green MP urges inquiry into radicalisation

Labour's Bethnal Green and Bow MP Rushanara Ali raised the issue of the three British schoolgirls from the London borough who are thought to have travelled to Syria, saying their families are "devastated".

She says an inquiry would give organisations the opportunity to learn lessons about protecting people.

David Cameron says it is a "heartbreaking case" and he has asked ministers to review existing protocols on transport, borders and other matters.
